Patrick Okamura
Patrick: IFMA Fellow, CFM, SFP, FMP, CSS, CIAQM, REM, LEED AP is an FM for CBRE and formerly with General Dynamics Corporation with over 34 years in the Facilities Management industry. During the course of his career Patrick has integrated sustainable Facilities Management by certifying the first industrial site LEED EB in the world paving the course and ability to influence other industrial FM organizations to achieve similar successes. A proponent of FM education Patrick is a faculty associate at Arizona State University, a certified instructor for IFMA and assisted in the development of the FM Graduate and FM Certificate programs. Considered a leader Patrick has been president of the Greater Phoenix Area Chapter of IFMA and the Arizona USGBC Chapter. Patrick is an established publisher and believes in “leading by example”.
Ben Goudy
Ben brings thirty years of property and facility management experience, specifically in consulting and managing facilities operations for large Fortune 100 corporations on a global basis. This includes responsibility for EHS in roles such as President of Integrated Facilities Services for ISS North America and as the Director of EHS & Facilities Operations for Grubb & Ellis at Microsoft’s Puget Sound Headquarters campus. Ben began his facilities management career at Intel Corporation, where he worked for twenty years. The last seven years at Intel were spent as Global Facilities Manager, designing and implementing facilities organizations all over the world, championing Intel’s global outsourcing strategy and proliferating “Best Known Methods” for consistent application as appropriate. Ben’s experience also includes GMP Manufacturing, ISO 9000 audits, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Safety Assessments, and Six Sigma. Intel initially hired Ben as a Senior Project Engineer due to the construction management experience he acquired during and after college.
Linda DeTienne
Linda DeTienne is with NCRI – National Catastrophe Restoration, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development, and ISO Quality Management Director. Prior to joining NCRI Linda was chief operations officer with a major non-profit organization for fifteen years, with a decade of banking experience prior to that. Majoring in Business, Linda received her formal education from Wichita State University. Linda is active on the Boards of the Wichita Chapter of the International Facility Management Association, the Kansas City IFMA, where she serves as Professional Development Chair for both chapters. She is Board Secretary for PEP – Partnership for Emergency Planning and also serves as Board Member and Past President of IFMA International Environmental Health and Safety Council. She holds the CFM and BOC credentials, and currently serves on the CFM Scheme Committee for IFMA International.
Christy Jowers
Christy has been in facilities management for 18 years. After 9 years with T-Mobile she has recently joined CBRE as a Facilities Manager serving the Wells Fargo account. She has served on the Council board for 7 years and has served on her chapter board for 4 years. On her down time, Christy enjoys traveling and taking her dogs hiking and camping in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
